The starting point

A business-owner interview can become a podcast episode, an article, a newsletter section and social content. The work needs a place to connect the recording, guest information, sources, drafts and publishing decisions.

My contribution

I conduct interviews with business owners about their backgrounds, decisions and practical lessons. I build and maintain the website around those conversations, bringing podcast episodes, guest information, articles and a local business directory into one place.

A connected publishing workspace

I built an editorial workspace to organize interviews, sources, drafts and newsletter issues, with content status, scheduling and review records for 416 drafts and 140 newsletter issues. Content development covers website articles, newsletter sections, LinkedIn articles and LinkedIn posts, with editorial approval before publication.

From transcripts to content packages

I turned 19 interview transcript files into 16 guest content packages containing 64 editorial drafts, preserving existing work and keeping material from different guests separate.

What exists

A published Loudoun Forward website, business-owner interviews, podcast and guest pages, articles, a local business directory and a connected editorial workspace. Draft and newsletter records describe editorial activity; the live website shows the published work.
